My name is Wes Tate and I from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Upon graduating from the University of Alabama in 2009, I began the post-college journey. This is the time in life where I can do anything at all; it was time to truly test out the "You can do whatever you set your mind to," theory. So I am! On December 1, 2010 I moved from Alabama, across country, to Los Angeles in pursuit of acting, life and the Great Commission. This is obviously a huge change in my life and is a very exciting endeavor.
Welcome to my blog Sweet Tea & Salvation! This site started when through the Alabama Baptist Campus Ministries, I had an opportunity to spend summer 2008 serving in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Since I am viewing my current move as a missional opportunity as well, it is a natural transition for the blog. I hope you enjoy and can partake in my journey through this!
